The award ceremony honored top players in the industry across seven categories for both PPW and PPG, including Best Customer Service, Best Community Outreach, Best Compliance Practices, Most Innovative Solutions, Best CSR Initiatives, Highest Growth, and Excellence in Financial Education. Winners received cash prizes of up to RM20,000, along with certificates and trophies. These awards encourage compliance with the Moneylenders Act 1951 and the Pawnbrokers Act 1972, raising standards for community service and ethics.
Each of these seven award categories represents a key area of impact within the credit industry, highlighting the diverse contributions of PPW and PPG in improving customer experiences, fostering community development, and maintaining high ethical standards.
